You know the Irish singer, Sinead O’Connor, the bald headed woman…had a hit in the 80’s I think it was. I always thought she was a bit off. Now she has really made me question her judgement. She tweeted the following on October 19th. Her comments are so filled with religious intolerance, there is little room for little else. And she does a total injustice to the Muslim religion, unless it also preaches such religious bigotry. Here’s what she tweeted, which invalidates everybody’s religious beliefs ( unless you are Muslim), your religious belief’s and my religious belief’s.
“This is to announce that I am proud to have become a Muslim. This is the natural conclusion of any intelligent theologian’s journey. All scripture study leads to Islam. Which makes all other scriptures redundant.”
Religious intolerance in the extreme! Unbelievable how any sane person could take such a public stance. Privately, certainly one’s choice. Publicly for all to see: religious intolerance, rudeness and bigotry in the extreme.
