Bill Cosby has been found guilty in a court of law for taking advantage of women.  The acts he was found guilty of doing are terrible.  But I feel that many in powerful positions are doing the same thing, yet Cosby and his crimes were exposed and he is going to jail.  I believe that some of the reasons why he was not "protected" by the Power Elite, those covertly running too much of our media and our government, is that he was outspoken regarding trying to get the black community to take more responsibility for their children.  If his words of wisdom had been taken more seriously, many on-going scams would have been interrupted.  And so Cosby and his crimes had to be exposed and perhaps embellished by The Power Elite and Cosby silenced and Cosby discredited.  Because The Power Elite fears the black communities in our country getting better.  Blacks getting more educated, using less of the drugs The Power Elite profits from and continually pumps into black communities all over this country. They fear blacks moving into financially stable lifestyles and decent communities, because black would then not choose to vote for the candidates The Power Elite covertly supports and the crime-ridden and corrupt system they have established in Washington which too many of our Senators and Congress members must work within, if they desire to continue to be a Senator or Congress member. So be judgemental towards Cosby for the disgraceful actions he took against women, but do consider and perhaps thank him for tying to thwart some of the criminal and covert actions The Power Elite is doing to the black communities all over this country, through their minions in the media and politics...

I think the concept is pretty simple and pretty awesome - that in this country an individual is innocent until proven guilty.  But the psychosis which many of those on the left are, daily it seems, exhibiting in their equally psychotic attacks on President Trump and anyone associated with him, make this writer ( and others) wonder if any of those such individuals on the left still believe in the concept detailed above. They bring forth, to the National stage, this Trump-hating psychologist, with no evidence whatsoever to back up her claims.  Ford speaks with several senators, who never question supreme court nominee Kavanaugh about this and yet the media on the left continues to speak about the "incident", which Kavanaugh has flatly denied ever happened, in grim details, as if they were the ones who witnessed it happening! The accusation by Ford has the same rotten stink which still surrounds the assassinations of the Kennedy's, Martin Luther King Jr. and Princess Diana.  The left is so disgusting in their terror that Kavanaugh might become a member of the Supreme Court and actually start to roll back the murder of the unborn, that they are willing to fabricate stories to try to block his advancement as a sitting member of the Supreme Court.  They use the media which is owned, not operated by those "crafting" the news not reporting it, to try and say he is guilty and must now prove his innocence, negating the proper concept that an individual is innocent until proven guilty! But too many on the left have discarded many, many good things in their fear that President Trumps policies will gain favor with the American public, leaving them with little to offer the American public.  Perhaps too many on the left will now finally, be found to be guilty as we have guessed for so many years!

The rehabilitation of prisoners in our jail system, could use some improvement.  There could be a heavier emphasis upon the rehabilitation of any of our members of our current prison population, as has been done successfully with the Criminon program.  But for any rehab program to work and to allow Criminon MORE access to our prison system, those in charge of our prisons must have the reality and desire to be successful in this charge. They must be aware that the rehabilitation of prisoners or criminals is possible and that the Criminon program is simply the best program to achieve these goals. The Criminon program was used in a Mexican jail system a few years back, with astounding success.  A program was established at a maximum security prison, allowing the Criminon program to be "tested" with a select groups of prisoners.  The requirement to be a part of this test was that those participating had but one "requirement" for inclusion to the program: they had to have murdered another person. So a select group of such individuals were started on the Criminon program.  These inmates were not allowed to be using drugs while they were on the program.  Well that started antagonizing certain inmates who had been supplying drugs to these prisoners inside the jail, and they were now loosing "customers".  Still the program continued.  The Criminon volunteers administering the program within the jail, were threatened that they would be murdered.  Not threats, not intimidation, not attempts by certain elements within the jail trying to lure those participating in the Criminon program, to quit the program worked. EVERY prisoner in the select group completed the Criminon program of rehabilitation and EVERY prisoner had their sentences commuted, as they had been so well rehabilitated, that this was the proper and just action to take. I submit to you.  That ANYWHERE where the Criminon program is being thwarted or blocked from being implemented, in ANY jail anywhere in the world, that those in positions of authority, somehow benefit from prisoners NOT being rehabilitated, or are simply uninformed or refuse to even look at the validity and effectiveness of the Criminon program of prisoner rehabilitation.  Certainly for the wrongs and criminal acts one has done, serving time in jail is part of making amends for the wrong acts one has done.  However, it is in the best interests of any society, that those in jail are rehabilitated as properly and quickly as possible, so that prisoners returning to society, when their jail sentences are up or if their sentences have been commuted, return to society now able to once again to be positive contributing members of society.  Otherwise we are not running prisons but "revolving doors" which see individuals in and out of the prison system again and again and some entity making a profit or some twisted benefit, from prisoners NOT being rehabilitated...

The reason why this blog carries the headline it does, is because if the Democrats and the media, like the New York (crimes) Times and the Washington (posing as journalism) Post, which like too many are so controlled by covert elements are continually attacking President Trump and his polices, which have most of the most important statistics doing great in this country, one can only assume that these covert forces and the media they control and the Democrats, care MORE about their power and getting re-elected, than what's really good for American public at large.  And that is a sad statement regarding a National party like the Democrats...any National party which has such priorities.  When they should be working for the best interests of the American people.

There is a fact which I believe in.  It is that if you lower taxes and allow individuals to keep more of the money they make, then individuals will purchase items they need, spend more money and actually make increased tax revenue for whatever country they live in.  And a businessman knows this, as they do not live under the false "continual flow" of increased taxes, funds that too many politicians, who have never been in business or responsible for making money so as to keep a business thriving, live by.  Too many politicians (and they need to be renamed Public Servants, as they work for us, or should be), operate on the false premise that they can continually raise taxes to support ever increased spending, whereas a businessman does not have this "luxury."  It is plain to see, from a businessman's viewpoint, that if new trucks are needed for the business, because the current ones are wearing out, that all employees better work diligently to keep the income to the business flowing in, so that the needed new trucks can be earned and purchased, 0therwise the business will begin to fail as the older trucks break down or need more repairs than is wise to invest in them.  Politicians, for the most part, sadly, when "new trucks" or other spending is needed, simply feel that the way to get these items or to support increased spending, is to raise taxes, which actually depresses the citizens, hampers their ability to spend and actually lowers tax revenue below what could have been realized, if taxes were lowered.  That is why the economic numbers right now in this country are booming.  And why President Trump and his policies are not only working, they are very much needed at this time.  It is also why he is continually attacked in covertly controlled media outlets like CNN and both the Washington Post and the New York Times. And why Democrats are attacking and planning to impeach the President should they re-take the House and Senate after the November elections.  Is that insanity!?!  YES!!  Here is a President with these ever increasing numbers in our economy...decreasing numbers of unemployed...business expanding among other rising economic indicators.  And the Democrats are talking about impeachment?????  I hope and for an increasing degree this is already happening, that the American public see exactly why and the only reason the Democrats stand in opposition to President Trump.  Fear and jealously...fear and jealously!  Because should President Trump's policies continue to work and the country continues to improve...I ask you: What can the Democrats possibly offer the American public, so they can get re-elected?  This is their greatest fear. THIS is the main reason they denigrate President Trump.  They are so corrupted as a party that they have taken the ugly step of placing their own power over a President who is bettering America. They care more about being re-elected than what is good for this country.  They are as bad as when the family visits Grandma and the two grandchildren greet Grandma and one child who is smiling and happy and loving gets a big hug from Grandma.  The other child who is always trouble and frowning and unhappy, just gets a hello and smaller hug from Grandma.  And the negative kid starts to criticize his happy brother because he is jealous and afraid, about the love he sees Grandma giving him.  Well maybe this kid on his own or with some help can come to realize that he better develop a better attitude than attacking the one with a good attitude.  President Trump's policies are working to improve this country.  He's a businessman.  The Democrats, any of them who truly care about bettering this country, better simply get to work, coming up with a "better mousetrap", otherwise they do not deserve our vote.  They should not get our vote in November.  Bettering the opportunities for the American public and this country is the priority...NOT keeping one party or another in power simply for powers sake! And don't think that for a moment that I believe Republicans can do no harm.  But right now we must work with what's working and continue to fix what else is wrong as we move forward. (Read the chapter in my book, titled "Renaming Our Politicians", for what needs to be done to fix politics in this country: both Democrats and Republicans and the entire process of how we elect people to office.)  When a person has rising statistics, as President Trump does and has created, to continue this trend, such an individual needs to be supported!

I feel that currently and actually for some time, the term "conspiracy" or labeling a comment or a piece of writing a "conspiracy theory", is used by those wishing to invalidate, criticize and make less effective, those that are exposing some truth which some vested interest does not want exposed.  And thus the public generally coming to realize the covert actions which are going on today and which have been done for many years. Let's say for a moment that you and I are a covert group of individuals with plans which have nothing to do with the betterment of this world and people in general.  We know our history.  We know that young people, without the economic pressures of today, back in the 60's, through their continued exposes regarding the travesty and false premise the War in Vietnam was conducted upon, ended that war... way before those selling arms and other items to support that war, had made the profit they had envisioned such a war would provide them. Perhaps those that were in the business of selling arms and Bell Helicopters and the rest of them, put pressure on the covert elements running this country.  The first action they (we) would naturally take is to make sure that young people never had an opportunity to...think about the issues and to expose our plans.  So we would have worked diligently and covertly, to destroy and dum-down the educational system in this country and thereby our students in this country.  We made sure that plenty of teachers and professors would be in place, feeding our students all sorts of false information about a variety of issues such as "global warming" and that all of us have to live a "simpler" lifestyle.  Negated would be any real studying of the U.S. Constitution and pushed would be a more relaxed attitude towards sexual activity, and steering clear of anything that would enable our student population to evaluate the current issues of the day with anything approaching a discerning eye. Next we knew that we had better get control of the major U.S. news outlets so that we could control the type of information that would be presented.  Recently Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was interviewed and stated that he cannot get on any of the main TV news outlets with his factual warnings regarding vaccines, simply because the pharmaceutical companies are the main advertisers on the nightly news programs! We would also continued the neutralizing of our young people and the populations in general with the continued hammering, in the media we own, that smoking pot is not dangerous.  But we know it is and most importantly will bring the populations doing such, down to a very passive level, which makes it easier to continue our covert activities without interruption. Where in the 60's, before drugs had become such a part of the scene (by the way Timothy Leary who promoted the use of LSD was an avowed CIA agent), young people were protesting and exposing our plans...effectively!  Now young people protest against guns, where they should be protesting against the take-over by the pharmaceutical companies and psychiatry and the ever climbing use of psychiatric drugs in our schools.  Substances which were found in every student that shot up schools.  A fact which is often buried by the media who work hand in hand with the pharmaceutical companies and that we own and control. Psychiatric drugs are another "tool" we use to neutralize young people and to keep them controlled, so the 60's activism and exposes is never repeated. Yes, we have been busy controlling the minds of our students, the future of any country or world.  But hey, we laugh when someone points this out, as our best weapon is to simply label this person a "conspiracy buff" or "conspiratorialist". After all we are just trying to survive... to continue our covert agenda... it's smart to attack the educational system, the traditional family unit... load on MORE taxes... keep the news outlets churning out negativity and that the society is dangerous. Why if President Trump wasn't the President it would be way easier to move our agenda ahead.  But don't you worry one bit.  Our (owned) media outlets every day are spewing out negativity about the President so the Democrats, who we pretty much own and control anyway, can re-take the House and Senate, so we can get Trump impeached and we can get back to our agenda of a drugged, controlled population that does not get wind of the agenda we are covertly working, so we can raise the taxes even higher, more degradation on the internet and less freedom for those in this country...Hey we are just trying to survive...it's not a conspiracy! Now I am talking to you.  And from the viewpoint that I do not support or agree with those running the covert agenda to destroy our freedoms and this country.  The single positive element is all of the above is that covert individuals cannot really get anything meaningful done.  And there are more of us than them.  All it takes is each one of us continuing to flourish and prosper and holding onto the good values we stand for, as that drives the covert types crazy. And all it takes is continued good actions by all of us everyday...and WE will win...let's get and keep busy building a better world!

In order to lower statistics of students being arrested for violating laws and going from school to jail, the Clark Country School system has changed guidelines that will now allow "more leniency" when students possess drug paraphernalia, or less than one ounce of THC, disturb the peace, resist a public officer, commit petty larceny, damage school property or be a truant.  Since the relaxation of these guidelines, harassment at schools is uptrending.  No wonder.  If students know they can get away with hardly any penalty for the aforementioned and more, some students will take part in such activities.  They only way to teach students about this world and responsibility and consequences for ones actions and that one is responsible for the state one is in, is to make them responsible for their actions.  The reverse will move this society and today's students as they become adults, more in the direction of anarchy with less individuals following the laws of the land.  Already today, I rarely ever see a vehicle that comes to a complete stop, at a red stop sign and every time I am out doing errands or transporting my grand daughters to and from school, I see at least one vehicle rushing through an intersection, when the light is so red, it will not be getting any redder!  We must teach our students about personal responsibility, so that we are positively investing in our future.  Otherwise the future will look pretty depressing, dangerous and lawless...

As an independent, I do not trust most of our elected officials, who I think should ALL be re-named Public Servants, so they are reminder just who they are supposed to be working for EVERY time we address them in person or though the variety of other communication forms available to us.  Now it has just gotten worse.  It was bad enough when Maxine Waters urged her Democratic base to harass members of the other party, or anyone who supports President Trump.  Her actions, inciting harassment and possibly violence against anyone who does not share her and her constituents beliefs was, I believe, enough to get her in some real serious trouble with the law.  Nothing happened after her thoughtless and possibly illegal remarks. Now one might argue that she has the right of free speech, so she can continue to urge people on the left to harass those on the right. But freedom of speech comes with unwritten responsibility as well.  That is why you WILL get in trouble if you yell,"fire" in a crowded theater when no fire is present and you WILL be contacted by authorities, if you threaten the life of an elected official, perhaps as well, anyone you so threaten. Where the Democrats urging this type of behavior: shout them down, harass don't allow them to speak on the campus where you attend college and intimidate anyone that holds views different than they do, are so off base, is that people do have the right to express their views on subjects.  If they express viewpoints you do not agree with, just get over it!  Because in this country, luckily, one STILL can express the viewpoints they hold and are protected in doing so by the highest law in this country, the U.S. Constitution.  No matter what Maxine Waters and others of this ilk urge their constituents to do. And in closing I never really thought anyone would follow Waters urging.  But right here in Las Vegas, Las Vegas Review columnist, radio show and TV show host, Wayne Allen Root, wrote in his column in today's (Sunday) column, that he was called by a phone worker from the Jackie Rosen (D) for Senate campaign.  When Root explained who he was, the caller said: "Oh that's great,  We're going to call you 100 times a day,  We're going to make your life miserable." Someone did call 13 times in a row... and then at midnight 12 more times... the next day more calls.  Root only got them to stop calling when he urged his listeners/viewers to call Rosen's office asking them to stop the calls.. So many of his audience called to complain, that Rosen's phone was disconnected.  The calls to Root finally ceased.  But no apology from Rosen's office ever came.  Rosen's communication director said the call did not come from their office and they do not condone harassment.  When Root called the number the harassing calls had come from - it took him straight to a message saying you have reached the office of Jackie Rosen for U.S. Senate.  Root is dropping the matter.  But it is clear that the urging by elected officials like Waters, does cause some to think that freedom of speech is for some only.  THAT blankets the Democratic party as supporting such nonsense and may be a factor in their possible losses this November.  Free speech is a right of all people in this world, even when one does not agree with what someone else is saying!

We better hope that the Democrats do not win back the House in the November elections, as Nancy Pelosi has stated openly that she will work to repeal the Trump tax cuts if the Democrats win the House back. At a time when the country is really starting to do well! You see the Democrats seem to be openly doing everything to ensure they get their power back despite that President Trumps policies are working to better this country. THAT is a sad statement about a party if they would place regaining and retaining their own power against what's good for this country and Americans. Sad statement about that party indeed. There is also talk that should the Congress be controlled by the Democrats that they would begin impeachment proceedings against President Trump. THAT would be a complete waste of energy and a obvious sign that the Democrats are working for their own interests and possibly "orders" from covert forces working behind the scenes and certainly not working for the good of American citizens. Who after all are the "bosses" of ALL elected officials and the real owners of this country - American citizens. I can see why they are concerned and are acting sort of like "cornered wild animals". Should President Trump's policies continue to work in bettering the condition of Americans, what could the Democrats offer the public to continue to get elected? Well when a competitor auto maker, for example, comes out with a new model sedan that starts selling well and is getting the industry buzz, the rival automaker better not get caught discrediting their rival simply to try to win back sales. NO. They better "burn the midnight oil" and come up with a sedan, in this example, that challenges and competes well with their rival. THAT is fair and ethical tactics in the face of competition.
